Year 2026: Knowing God More Intimately

Watchword: “I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death.” Philippians 3:10

A. PERSONAL, FAMILY, CHURCH, NIGERIA, AND AFRICA

1. The year 2026 shall be a year of the full manifestation and demonstration of God’s presence, power, and covenant relationship.

2. It shall be a year of destiny shaping, fulfillment of godly expectations, and completion of long-awaited projects.

3. God shall openly reward faithful stewardship in life, ministry, the Church, and the marketplace.

4. There shall be a release of grace upon grace for new beginnings and new chapters in marriages, academic pursuits, businesses, ministries, and careers.

5. The year shall bring great opportunities for individuals, families, and businesses to invest in education, energy, agriculture, infrastructure, and commodities export.

6. Individuals, families, churches, and corporations that embrace technology, creative services, and innovation shall leap for joy and profit.

7. There shall be tax-related tensions affecting businesses, as well as challenges involving anti-graft agencies, individuals, and MDAs, particularly in the first and second quarters of the year 2026.

8. Labour Congress agitations, social activists’ rallies, and political party challenges and surprises shall feature prominently throughout the year 2026.

9. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, fintech innovation, and digital currency shall recalibrate both local and international businesses as major game-changers in the year 2026.

10. There shall be enhanced security across LGAs, states, and Nigeria at large. Many unexpected individuals behind insecurity in Nigeria shall be exposed and prosecuted.

B. INTERNATIONAL

1. The year 2026 shall be moderately slower than previous years in the areas of economy and finance, particularly in Nigeria and across Africa in general.

2. The year 2026 shall be a mixed bag, marked by unstable prices for exports and commodities.

3. Expect unprecedented surprises from the President of the United States of America in international politics and the implementation of tariffs.
